Top Tips for Creating a Design Brief

Plan Your Concept...Then Figure Out How It Will Work
Decide on what you want to achieve from your design, like an offer or a service. Once you have planned your concept you will need to decide on how it will be advertised, either through leaflets, banners, posters, etc...

Be Creative... But Make Sure It Can Be Understood and Appreciated By Your Audience!
The message should be creative but... but if your audience can not understand it its useless!. Avoid industry terms and abbreviations unless you can be sure that your customers can understand what you mean.

Explain Your Key Selling Points... These Will Make Your Concept Stand Out
If your concept has key features that make it different from your competition your need to explain how your customers can benefit from these features...

Your Text Is Essential... spend A lot Of Time On It!
The worst case scenario is printing useless flyers because the text did not make sense... Ensure that the text is right... leave it for a while then read it again...then ask someone to "proof" read it.

Do not leave your design to the last day!
There's enough to stress out about in this world... try to leave some spare time you will appreciate the time when you have the flyers ready days before they are needed instead of panicking if you will get them on time!

At the end of the day... Enjoy the creative process...

And do not be afraid to ask... Im sure we could help.
